Saturday is again warm with highs in the low 80s with partly sunny skies and south winds at 10-15 mph. Scattered t-storms are possible during the afternoon, including the Husker Spring Game timeframe, but the focus for storms will likely be southeast of Lincoln. Some afternoon t-storms could become strong to severe with hail and damaging winds. While afternoon t-storms are possible, the higher chance for rain in Lincoln comes Saturday after sunset.

Widespread rain is expected Saturday night through Sunday. This moisture is much-needed, and Sunday may bring rain totals of over 1/2" in many locations.

Sunday afternoon will be very windy with temperatures turning sharply colder by late afternoon... likely crashing to the 30s. A mix of rain and snow is possible by Sunday evening.
